New Hire Employee On-Boarding

HRHQ On-Line

Mull Iron uses the HRHQ Suite for the employee on-boarding process. All employees will need to still provide I-9 information and sign tax paperwork with their supervisors. Once signed up, this site will be available for employees to access with this login. This site will allow employees to log in to see their pay stubs and W2 information at any time. Should you need a paper copy of anything, please contact the office.

On-Board With Us

Please fill out the following information and we will send your on-boarding login to you. Please have your Supervisor let HR know once you have submitted it. Once We receive this, you will get an e-mail for on-Boarding. After HR processes it, you may also click the "Login to HRHQ" link above and choose "forgot password" if you do not receive it. Please contact the office with any questions or concerns. Please have your ID and any other Identification ready to upload or have your Supervisor send it to HR. We can walk any one through the process as needed.

Mull Iron Benefits for Non-Union Employees

Mull Iron offers Health Benefits to all non-union employees. This includes Health insurance with SummaCare with a PPO and an H.S.A plan. Mull Iron also offers dental, vision, as well as other Supplemental plans such as accident, life, critical care and more to the employee and their families.
